Validity of Contract: Duration of contract shall be minimum 1 year.

Statutory obligations: The statutory obligations in respect of staff engaged for your site shall be our responsibility.

Extra Manpower to be charged on pro rata basis.

Force Majeure: No liability shall be attached to us for non performance or delayed execution of this contract as a result of Force Majeure.

Termination: This contract can be terminated by either side on giving 30 days written notice to the other party, or payment in lieu of.
Revision in the minimum wages for the staff deployed shall also attract revision in the charges on pro-rata basis with immediate basis.

Service Tax: Service Tax shall be charged extra as applicable.

Payments: We shall raise our monthly invoice in the first week of the succeeding month, towards the Monthly Maintenance charges, and expect the payment within 1 week from the date of receipt by the client.

Site specific instructions and deployment are made after site survey.
